Your body - the real one under the body fat- needs a certain amount of food every day to maintain proper nutrition levels for healthy living = cellular nutrition.
When your real body has this food on a regular basis it gets into a rhythm of nurtured nutrition, and works with you to drop body fat.
CALCULATOR:
This is for your information and gives a rough guide line to follow so you can get an understanding of food volumes. I'll explain why the volumes are important as we go along.
It's only a general calculation because everyone's body fat levels are different.
Some people who are classified as obese have half their body weight as fat, while competitive body builders may have as little as 4% body fat on the day of the contest.
We all need some body fat to protect our bones and internal organs from damage, and to insulate our body.
It is not necessary to make body fat your enemy to have the shape you want.
It is not necessary to lose all the body fat you have to look the way you want.
How you want your body to look is personal choice.
The nutritional choices you make will affect your body shape, and sometimes your body health.
My method of calculating food volumes will maintain your body health while you lose fat.
